These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mas4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "mas4d"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atmas4d.click. By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements above are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. You are required to provide, at minimum: valid username, a password, and a valid email address. You may also be required to provide additional personal information for KYC verification purposes.
You may hold only one active Account on mas4d at any given time. Registering or attempting to maintain multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mas4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of multiple accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. mas4d will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
You must notify mas4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via the live chat function or by email at [email protected].
You must ensure that all information provided to mas4d remains accurate and up to date throughout your Account's lifetime. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including falsification of identity documents during KYC — constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
mas4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. mas4d does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard players, though limits may apply at the discretion of individual payment providers or as set by your self-imposed Account limits.
Withdrawals are available to all verified Account holders. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in order to prevent money laundering. We commit to processing standard withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes on normal working days, subject to verification requirements.
Bonus funds and any winings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winings before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
mas4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any Account. We may delay or decline withdrawal requests pending AML review. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering purposes will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by mas4d are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently to the wagering requirement: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
mas4d reserves the right to withold bonus funds, void associated winnings, and/or close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated play patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting").
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. You cannot stack or combine bonuses unless the relevant promotion specifically permits this.
All sports betting markets on mas4d — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC — are subject to individual market rules. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, mas4d's decision shall be final and binding. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer tables on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. mas4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results displayed on the Platform are final once a round is completed.
In the event of a system, network, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mas4d reserves the right to void the relevant round or transaction and return applicable stakes. mas4d shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mas4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mas4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from: technical faults, interruptions to service, errors in game results, or reliance on information published on the Platform.
mas4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 1 business day. Any verified Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no AML review is pending.
mas4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the direction of a regulatory authority. In the event of suspension, we will communicate the reason for the suspension and outline applicable appeal procedures where feasible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mas4d's operating licence is issued. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
If you are a Malaysian user and believe that your consumer rights have been affected, you retain the right to seek appropriate legal remedies under Malaysian law. Nothing in these Terms diminishes your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law provides for such rights.
mas4d reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
